Oh, where do I start? The hot swimming pool was a major letdown, when they say 31 degrees, they mean 35! And let's not even talk about waiting for 2 hours to check in. A complimentary welcome gift woudl ve been nice, but guess that's too much to ask for here. Almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

We had an unforgettable stay here, with top-notch service and luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering an array of massages and treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were also impressive, providing a relaxing sanctuary. the poolside snack bar offered delicious bites with refreshing cocktails, while the private facilities in the spacious rooms made us feel like royalty. the hotel's location, with stunning garden views, was also a plus.
The only minor issue we encountered was at the restaurant, where the service was slightly slow. the quality and delicious food more than made up for it.

The hotel had good spa facilities and friendly staff. , the spacious rooms were nice and the location was convenient with a shopping mall and restaurant nearby.
This was the worst and most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was not properly cleaned and there was garbage visible in the pool.

I loved the breakfast and spa facilities at Rixos Turkistan Hotel. The convenience of having a shopping mall and restaurant next door was also a bonus. The hotel's location was ideal as well.
these were small hiccups that didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our experience.
